Barrel Electrolytic Polishing Machine [Precision Parts] | NSCEng

The issues of "improving corrosion resistance," "deburring," "polishing," and "processing multiple lots" for precision parts can be solved all at once with the 【barrel electro polishing machine】!

The "EP-B Series" is a barrel electro-polishing device that incorporates electro-polishing functionality into a rotating barrel. 【Target Audience】 - Customers who want to in-house their electro-polishing - Customers engaged in electro-polishing who wish to improve efficiency through the introduction of automated equipment 【Features】 ■ The material surface becomes chromium-rich, enhancing corrosion resistance ■ Surface roughness is improved, reducing sliding resistance ■ Gloss is achieved ■ No anode contact marks are left on the material surface ■ Fully automatic electro-polishing with the push of a button ■ Designed with a focus on chemical resistance for long-lasting equipment ■ Complete safety interlock system ◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆ 【Processable Materials】SUS304, SUS304L, SUS316, SUS316L 【Non-processable Materials】SUS430 series, all magnetic materials, aluminum, titanium alloys ◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆ 【Notes】 - Verification of sample processing can be conducted using our experimental machine - If the main purpose is deburring, burrs of several tens of microns can be removed.
